What do you think is missing from the 'center' of your neighborhood?

Grocery stores

I can say that our neighborhood is a peaceful, safe, and healthy place to live. Proper communication is observed among neighbors at all times. Some neighborhoods (ktown, dtla) enjoy 3 or more Metro Stations; others (particularly throughout the valley) have no metro stops. It seems that more metro = more walking, more biking, more community.
